    To get started, Download the Buc app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

    Complete a short sign-up process.

  • Book a ride image on phone

    2. Request Your Ride

    Enter your pickup & dropoff location, select your shuttle, lastly “Book This Ride.”

    Need wheelchair access? Select “Passengers” to request a WAV (Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle.)

    Check the Buc app to track where to meet your driver.

    The final pickup spot may be a short distance from your current location.

  • The Buc is Buckhead’s on-demand, microtransit service. Think of it as a minibus that comes when you want, where you want. Give us your pickup and drop-off addresses and we’ll provide a few ride options.

  • Please visit the service page to learn more.

  • Rides are free to and from the Buckhead and Lenox MARTA stations, and $3 anywhere within the Buckhead service zone.

  • Rides are booked “on-demand”, which means you should book your ride when you’re ready to go. You will not be able to pre-book rides.

  • Monday - Wednesday, 7 a.m. - 7 p.m.

    Thursday - Friday, 7 a.m. - 8 p.m.

  • Yes! You can let us know you need a wheelchair accessible vehicle in the app or over the phone.

  • Payment options include credit or debit card, which you can add to your account in the Payment Methods section of the app or by calling +1 470-567-4337. We do not accept cash.

  • Service will not be provided on the following holidays:

  • Riders 13 to 17 years old may ride with parental consent. Riders 12 year old and below must be accompanied by a guardian.
